Alain collaborates with executives and managers to help them elevate their leadership skills and deepen their understanding of human motivation — ultimately fostering greater engagement, satisfaction, and performance within their teams. Alain began his career in education, then transitioned to the nonprofit sector, and later into the corporate world. But perhaps the most transformative moment in his journey was the five years he spent in Rome. This period of deep reflection broadened his intellectual horizons and connected him with inspiring mentors and a rich community of learners. It was there he truly recognized the power of purpose in shaping both our lives and our workplaces — and the profound impact that purposeful, inspiring leadership can have on an organization's culture and performance. This experience ignited Alain’s calling for helping others find greater meaning and fulfillment in their own careers through coaching.
