Najem is a professional life coach with more than 15 years of experience in
management, finance, auditing, banking, and consulting. He holds a diploma the
Lebanese American University and is a certified NLP Practitioner through
INLPTA. Throughout his career, he has developed a deep understanding of
business operations and human behavior, which he now applies in his coaching
practice. He specializes in helping clients overcome limiting beliefs, build
their confidence, and create actionable strategies for success.
As a trainer,
he also enjoys sharing his knowledge and skills with others to foster growth
