I’m a registered nurse with
a Masters in Community and Public
Health Nursing, graduate of the American University of Beirut. My
journey started the moment I started working at the labor and delivery suite
unit at the American University of Beirut Medical Center. This is when my
passion for pregnancy, labor and birth education and coaching started to grow.
With the intention to help patients be prepared for labor and birth but also
for the postpartum phase, I decided to pursue my coaching certification and be
a certified transformative life coach and more specifically a pregnancy coach.
Knowing that a pregnant woman can be anxious about the physical changes she’s
going through, the fact that her routine is being disrupted, but also the fact
that she’s going to experience things she’s not used to, I decided to be the
first pregnancy coach and give a the space for pregnant women to talk about
what they’re going through but also provide a variety of educational services
that would help them know more about what’s coming next and empower their
motherhood experience (labor, birth, breastfeeding, postpartum phase, etc.).
philosophy: "I believe that YOU have unlimited potential within YOU and that
YOU are capable of achieving everything YOUR heart and mind desire. I thus
promise to stand by your side and help you reach your goals and dreams in the
most positive, purposeful and effective way.”
