Dania Dbaibo Darwish is a holder of a Bachelor in Business Administration and a Masters in Psychology from the American University of Beirut. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) specializing in life, career, relationships, couples, & positive psychology coaching. Dania is, also, a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, who adopts 4 main approaches with her one-on-one clients: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), & Hypnotherapy. She is a Mentor Coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF) & is an accredited EMDR Consultant supervising trainees in both domains. In addition to her multiple credentials & certifications, Dania is a Master NLP practitioner & is certified Laughter Yoga Leader. She blends all her expertise when she addresses individuals & groups in "life skills” training & motivational speaking.
Dania "walks the talk" of self-development & leads by example. She transformed from a home-stay mom to a successful career woman passionate about supporting those motivated to grow personally & professionally. She has a background career in Sales and Marketing of consumer goods; and as a Psychology instructor at both AUB & LAU. For over 18 years now, she runs her own private practice at STRIDES blending coaching, clinical psychology & training for optimal results. Dania is the founding president of the Lebanese Coach Association (known now as the International Coach Federation – Lebanon Charter Chapter). She is an active member in other professional NGOs, as she served on the board of ICF, LPA, & EMDR Lebanon. She has been a regular guest speaker on national & international TV channels for years now addressing issues on self-development. Dania is known for her contagious dynamic, up-beat, and positive personality.
