Her work experience ranges from supporting individual leaders in clarifying their impact and developing their leadership skills to supporting teams in collaborating for higher impact.
Doris focuses on creating awareness of the current state and designing with the teams and leaders a conscious way forward. She uses somatic coaching and neuroscience principles to induce higher levels of energy and performance.
