Eliane began her ICF Level 1
coach training in January 2025 at Groath Coaching Academy.
She completed the four-month
program in April 2025 (about 85 hours). Her training included core coaching
competencies, supervision, and mentoring. She engaged in practice coaching and
received structured feedback.
In April and May 2025, she also
completed a five-week (about 30 hours) Relationship Coaching course. This
specialization focused on emotional, marital, and relational challenges.
Her experience blends
foundational coaching skills with relational depth.
