Drawing from over two decades of experience in both the corporate and personal development sectors, Lama empowers her clients to reconnect with their authentic selves and navigate change with clarity, confidence, and resilience.
After earning both her B.S. and M.S. in Computer Science from the American University of Beirut, Lama transitioned from a successful career in technology and leadership—including roles such as Head of Department at EM Tech and Senior Developer at CCT—into the world of coaching and human development. Today, she brings her analytical precision and emotional intelligence into a transformative coaching practice that blends values-based guidance, practical tools, and the science of positive psychology.
As a certified Professional Transformational Coach (Core and Advanced Levels), NLP Practitioner, and accredited practitioner of the Global Leadership Assessment (GLA360), Lama supports clients through one-on-one coaching, youth-focused workshops, and executive development sessions. She has delivered training in educational institutions such as USEK, USJ and International College, as well as private organizations like Beesline, on core identity, time management, resilience, building positive relationships and career planning.
Lama coaches in Arabic and English, and is especially passionate about helping teenagers and young adults build the mindset and systems needed to thrive. Her work is guided by empathy, purpose, and the belief that sustainable change begins from within.
