Being the holder of an MBA and Doctorate Degree in Business Management, I have been serving for more than 10 years as a visiting professor, adjunct professor, and graduate-to-doctoral-level supervisor at several universities, specializing in management topics
My extensive experience in conducting workshops, training sessions, and contributing to academic publications in communication, leadership, and management, have led me to obtain the Level 2 certificate in coaching and around 50 hours of experience.
In my coaching practice, I have a particular interest in leadership, women empowerment, business ethics, entrepreneurship and knowledge management.
