Roula Eid Sawan

Roula Eid is a certified executive and team coach. One of her strengths is about meeting clients where they are and moving them toward actionable goals. She served for more than 25 years in different kinds of organizations in the private, public, and non-profit sectors. She started her career as a salesperson in a European franchise to end up as the CEO of an American franchise. She worked a lot with diverse teams and created strategies for smooth inclusion and equity.

Ms. Eid owns a company for coaching, training, and mentoring in Canada and the MENA region called TEAM IN MOTION and acted as President of the ICF chapter in Lebanon before immigrating to Canada.

She partners with her clients to understand their needs, unlock their potential, and move towards the next level of achieving their mission, and their strength from within, using diversity and inclusion to achieve better goals. She is an effective, fully present listener who speaks her client’s language. Her accessible approach, positive attitude, and creativity foster trust and create safe environments that help clients lean into new territory and build new awareness. Her large experience in multi-sector managerial positions has equipped her to work with diverse leaders and teams in navigating change, reducing conflict, enhancing communication, and strengthening alignment. She thrives on curiosity and leverages challenges as opportunities for growth.

On another note, she is an ACC and PCC mentor coach and has the PCC marker assessor certificate, and is a co-creator of a coaching program to be accredited by ICF.

Ms. Eid had her own TV Show in the MENA region called "If you want” and the main mission of this show was about telling people that all that they need is within if they want to grow, so start to explore.
