Roula Saba Mouhanna Is the founder of CoreChange, a practice focused on supporting individuals and organizations alike in achieving their full potential.

She Is an MCC Qualified Coach who trained with Coach U, trained in the John Mattone IL Executive Coaching Process, a Certified Coach of Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching, a Senior Consultant in the Birkman Method®, a Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Master Practitioner and Trainer, a Time Line Therapy™ Master Practitioner and Trainer, a Coaching Clinic Licensed Facilitator, a Small Business And Corporate Coach as well as a one-on-one Career Coach And NLP Coach.
Roula's coaching experience is broad and covers career guidance, job fulfilment and work-life balance. The Birkman method she uses is a tool that is an effective and efficient way to accelerate the movement towards self-awareness, self-management and personal development, which are the goals of most coaching assignments.
Roula has an M.B.A. from INSEAD Fontainebleau, France and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the American University of Beirut, Lebanon.
She is proficient in 5 languages and is a member of different professional and humanitarian bodies: the American Board of NLP, the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the Time Line Therapy Association, the World of Children - International Advisory Council. She also co-founded Ibtissama Clown Doctors foundation in Lebanon, a non-profit organization that brings laughter and smiles to hospitalized children in Lebanon.
Born and raised in Lebanon, Roula has traveled and lived in Europe, Canada and the Middle East.
