Sandy is a Master certified Intelligent Leadership Executive Coach, a certified Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching Coach, an Executive and Leadership coach certified by the Centre for Executive Coaching - USA, and member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) holding the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and the Advanced certificate in team coaching (ACTC) credentials. Also, Sandy is a certified "MBTI (Myer Briggs Personality Type Indicator)” practitioner, a certified "Strong Interest Inventory” practitioner, Belbin Team Role Accredited, EQ-i 2.0 and EQ-i 360 certified assessor, and CPI 260 certified practitioner. On top of that, she is a certified NLP practitioner, Time Line therapy® practitioner, hypnosis certified, a certified system level facilitator of Lego® Serious Play®, Saville Wave certified, and British Psychological Society Assessor Skills and Centre Manager certified. In addition, she is a Master trainer with over 16 years of experience in organizational development and training across different service industries.
Academically, Sandy is a holder of a Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management and a Masters’ degree in Organizational and Industrial Psychology.
Sandy has more than 20 years of Hospitality Management, Human Resources and Talent Management, and Learning & Development Management experience. As a coach Sandy has around 1,800 coaching hours. She coached VPs, CEOs, Directors, Managers, and emerging leaders in companies across Lebanon, MENA, and Europe. Her coaching clients come from several industries such as Pharmaceutical, Oil And Gas, Construction, Home automation, Tech, entertainment, governmental, automotive, airlines, telecommunication, Consulting, Hospitality, retail…
Her passion is to support leaders explore their potential and move forward on their growth journey, empowering them to overcome their limitations, reach their business and life goals, and getting the best out of their teams.
Sandy served for six years as a board member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) Lebanon Charter Chapter, including two years as president.
