Wissam El Khatib

Wissam El Khatib has over 22 years of in-depth experience in Management, Business Development and Sales and Marketing across various industries. He has held senior managerial positions with multinational firms and local family businesses across the Middle East region. He has served as Country Manager at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants (Top 5 Global Consulting Firms), General Manager at SICE (Part of ACS Group – Spain) and General Manager at DBI Services (A U.S. based Infrastructure Maintenance Company). Recently, he served as the Business Development Director and Member on the Board of Directors at Polypipe Middle East FZE. He moved on to Co-Founding a partnership and serving as the Managing Partner at Pan Arabia Trading & Contracting Company in Lebanon and Bahrain focusing on storm water management and rain water utilization systems.

Moreover, motivated by his personal life and his professional career and his passion for helping others, he was inspired to join the Coaching Industry to help peopleunlock their highest potential, therefore he founded MID Coaching & Consulting Ltd. where he serves as a Holistic Life & Business Coach and Business Development Consultant.

He holds a BSc Degree in Business Marketing and Psychology from the Lebanese American University, He is also a graduate from Goal Imagery Institute an International School of Coaching Mastery (New York-USA) an ICF accredited academy holding a certificate of A Certified Holistic Life, Career and Executive Coach. He is also a member of The International Coach Federation (ICF) and the John Maxwell Team (JMT).
